Brick was built on a simple belief — that the best food starts with great ingredients and a hot wood-fired oven. We hand-pull our mozzarella, hand-roll our dough, and source most of our produce from local Calvert County farms.
Up on the roof, we grow our own herbs. In the dining room, you'll find a menu that's a melting pot of cultures and techniques, all tied together by the flavors of the Chesapeake Bay.
